Todd Norris is Wellmont Health System's senior vice president of system advancement and executive director of the Wellmont Foundation. Mr. Norris is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He has completed certificate programs through the Institute for Charitable Giving and Wharton’s Institute for Higher Education Research. He is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the Institute for Charitable Giving and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
