BRMC PULMONARY REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT ACHIEVES RECERTIFICATION

BRISTOL – The pulmonary rehabilitation department at Bristol Regional Medical Center has achieved recertification from the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

The BRMC pulmonary rehabilitation department is the only certified pulmonary rehab department in the Tri-Cities. Certification recognizes those programs that have been rigorously reviewed by a national board and meet the outlined essential requirements for standards of care.

The AACVPR is a national, multidisciplinary organization dedicated to the improvement of clinical practice, promotion of scientific inquiry and advancement of education for the benefit of cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation professionals and the patients they serve.
