GREENEVILLE – Tickets are on sale for a special concert with Amy Grant, who will perform at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center on Thursday, Nov. 14, as part of a benefit concert for Takoma Regional Hospital.

Grant has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and won six Grammys and 20 Dove Awards. Her No. 1 hits include “Baby, Baby,” “Every Heartbeat,” “That’s What Love Is For,” “I Will Remember You,” “Lucky One” and “Next Time I Fall.” Her latest song is the poignant “Better Than A Hallelujah” from her new album, “Somewhere Down The Road.”

Grant’s roots stretch from gospel to pop, and she is considered an American music icon. One of only two Christian artists to be awarded a star on the legendary Walk of Fame in Hollywood, Grant lives in Nashville with her husband, country music legend Vince Gill.

The concert, which starts at 7:30 p.m., is being presented by Takoma Regional Hospital Foundation, C&C Millwright and Landair.

Tickets are $50 per person for orchestra and mezzanine seating and $40 for balcony seating. Group sales of 20 or more tickets receive a 20 percent discount, meaning the cost is $40 for orchestra and mezzanine seating and $32 for balcony seating.

Tickets may be purchased at NPAC Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Credit card purchases may be made by calling 423-638-1679 or by going to www.npacgreeneville.com.
